I don´t practise any sport,at least,regularly,only sometimes.
Firstly,because I´m not that much into sport and I like more to invest my time in other things,like studying or my hobbies,such reading,music,movies,etc.But even so,when I want and I feel ´sporty´, it could be said,I do sport or maybe when I put myself an aim.When I feel like doing some some physical activity, I do some exercises rather tan a specific sport like soccer.
Secondly,I feel that I´m not a person who it could be good or interested of doing a specific sport as i said before, but exercising doing things like,abs or stretching,that kind of things,are better for me.
Finally,I´m not a person who is very active so that is a thing that influences too,I do the necessary physical activity and that´s okay for me.
